Return and Exchange Policy
All our products come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. We facilitate exchanges for products that are defective or differ from what the customer ordered.
To be eligible for a return or exchange due to a defect or incorrect product, customers must meet the following requirements:
- The product must be unused.
- It must be returned with its original packaging and tags.
- It should be properly packaged to avoid damage.
- Exchanges or refunds will not be processed for products that are damaged or altered.
Customers have up to 7 days after receiving their order to request an exchange or refund for the reasons mentioned above. Please contact us by email, providing your full name and order number.
Once we receive an email with all the relevant information for the exchange, such as videos, images, and a customer report, our quality control department will review your case and respond within 3 business days.
If the customer is entitled to an exchange or refund, they can choose from the following options:
- Receive a refund for the amount paid.
- Receive a new product identical to the original order.
- Receive a product of similar value.
In the case of a refund, the timeframe to receive the amount back on your credit card is 3 to 30 days, according to the international and individual policies of each credit card company and bank.
Change of Mind or Wrong Size Selection
If a customer bought a product and changed their mind for any reason, or chose the wrong size by mistake, and wishes to exchange it, they will be responsible for the shipping costs to one of our warehouses, either in Europe or Asia, depending on the product and where it was shipped from.
Important Notice on Return Costs
All return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. As we already provide free shipping on the initial delivery—an expense that typically costs between €20-40 on average—no return labels are issued by our company, as our warehouse is located in Hong Kong.
Requirements for Refunds
For any refund requests, customers must follow these criteria before sending the product to our warehouse:
- Take 5 photos from different angles showing the main details of each product, as well as its tags and original packaging.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
After we receive the product, it will undergo a quality inspection. The refund will only be processed if the product meets all the above criteria.
